Shopping rules

Shop terms and conditions

These shop terms set out the rules for selling QR/NFC ID tags and accessories in the BringMeHome online shop.

Last updated: July 2026

Note: this document is a template for the MVP rollout and requires legal review and completion of the seller's details before production release. It is not legal advice.

1. Seller

The seller is [NAME], with its registered office at [ADDRESS], tax ID (NIP): [NIP].

Contact for order matters: [CONTACT EMAIL].

2. Products and prices

The shop sells physical QR/NFC ID tags and related accessories. Product descriptions and images are for reference only.

All prices shown in the shop are gross prices (including applicable taxes) and are final. The binding price is the one shown in the order summary at the time the order is placed. A delivery cost, shown before the order is placed, may be added to the price.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

Orders are placed through the online shop without the need to create an account (guest checkout). The buyer provides the data required to process and ship the order.

An order is placed by clicking the “Order with an obligation to pay” button. Clicking this button entails an obligation to pay for the order.

The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order, sent to the e-mail address provided.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by the Przelewy24 operator (PayPro S.A.). Available payment methods include BLIK, payment card and Apple Pay.

Failure to pay within the set time means the order will not be processed.

5. Delivery

We process and ship orders within [DELIVERY AREA].

Estimated processing time: [PROCESSING TIME]. Delivery cost and method: [DELIVERY COST] — shown before the order is placed.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs, subject to the exceptions below. The period starts on the day the consumer, or a person indicated by the consumer, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform the Seller of the decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail to [CONTACT EMAIL]). A model withdrawal form may be used but is not mandatory.

Refunds are made without delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or proof of return is provided.

7. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal — personalized goods

Under Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized — in particular personalized or engraved ID tags (e.g. with a pet's name, contact details or another individual marking).

By placing an order for personalized goods, the consumer acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal once processing of such an order has begun.

8. Complaints and lack of conformity with the contract

The Seller is obliged to deliver goods that conform to the contract. The Seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years of that moment.

Complaints may be submitted to [CONTACT EMAIL], describing the lack of conformity and the order details. We handle complaints without delay and no later than within 14 days.

The consumer may request repair or replacement of the goods and, in certain cases, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with the applicable law.

9. Personal data

Personal data provided when placing an order is processed in order to perform the sales contract and ship the goods. The rules for processing data, including information about entrusting data to the payment operator and the courier company, are described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions

Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

The consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform available at [ODR PLATFORM ADDRESS].
